Mark Longenecker

Mark Longenecker has proudly called the Tampa Bay area home for over 20 years, having
relocated from North Atlanta, Georgia. He is a devoted family man with two sons, ages 26 and
29, who successfully run a construction company, and he has been happily married to his wonderful wife for 34 years.

At 26, Mark purchased his first real estate property in Atlanta. After renovating it, he discovered a passion for both the renovation process and the real estate community. This enthusiasm led him to establish a private real estate consulting group, where he secured buying, selling and renovation contracts with various individual sellers and buyers, including the VA of Atlanta, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and multiple banks.

Through these partnerships, Mark identified lucrative opportunities in the real estate market, enabling him to buy, renovate, and sell
hundreds of properties in the Atlanta area.

After relocating to Tampa about 20 years ago, Mark continued his successful journey in real estate as more investors entered the market. Recognizing the tightening profit margins, he obtained his real estate license. Since then, he has successfully helped numerous families,
retirees, veterans and young couples find their dream homes and sell their properties.

With extensive knowledge of the real estate industry, including commercial real estate, Mark’s insights into market trends and commitment to leveraging technology set him apart from many other agents.
